The clean factory Midibox 2 for routing one MIDI source across a full Empress pedalboard.

The Empress Midibox 2 is Empress Effects' control port router, the box that lets a single MIDI source drive an entire Empress rig. It takes a standard 5 pin MIDI signal and converts it to the control port patch format Empress pedals use, with four outputs that run up to four pedals at once. An internal dip switch sets the MIDI out behavior and passes messages to the MIDI thru and out connector, and the onboard LEDs show where MIDI is being sent at a glance.

Condition

Excellent and fully tested. It powers on over 9V DC, works as designed, and every jack and MIDI port functions. There is one light surface scratch on the top graphic near the logo, shown in the photos. Cosmetic only. This is the standard factory Empress unit, not the Chase Bliss Audio modified version, with the control ports in their original Empress configuration.
