Up for sale is a pristine 2023 Gibson Custom Shop 1968 Les Paul Standard Goldtop Reissue. I purchased this guitar directly from Gibson, and it remains in absolute mint condition. One single owner, me. It has been kept safely in a smoke-free home and has seen virtually no playtime, zero dings, zero scratches, and no fret wear.
The 1968 Reissue is a very special run that captures the magic of the first year the Les Paul Standard was reintroduced. It features the historically accurate and distinctive crown inlay on the headstock, a period-correct neck profile, and a phenomenal set of Custom Soap bar P-90 pickups that deliver all the growl, bite, and glassy cleans you would expect from a top-tier Custom Shop instrument.
