This is the desirable 19" rackmount MK2 version and includes the original Philips SBC5021/01 power supply.

The unit has been fully tested and is working properly.

Cosmetic condition is very good overall:

• Front panel is clean and well preserved
• Rear side is also in very nice condition
• Only minor rack wear on the top cover from normal studio/rack use

A very uncommon piece of Philips professional audio equipment with balanced connectivity and extensive digital processing capabilities. Interesting for studio use, collectors, mastering setups, experimental audio, or vintage digital gear enthusiasts.

Internally based around Philips digital audio technology including the well-known TDA1547 DAC architecture (“DAC7”), making this unit also interesting as a vintage external DAC / digital processor in addition to its original professional broadcast and mastering applications.

The IS 5022 features high-quality Philips digital conversion and extensive DSP processing, with AES/EBU and S/PDIF digital connectivity.
