Hammond PR20 1950s to 1960s - Mahogany?

I picked this up along with a leslie cabinet when purchasing a B2 from a studio owning friend who was looking to clear out some unused gear. His B3 was enough for him, lol. He tested out the Hammond through this tone cabinet. It sounded incredible. But I haven't used it since, and as you can see from the pictures, I too am looking to free up some space.
The cabinet should work as well as it did when I first heard it, but that was for years ago. So I can't guarantee anything. I just want it to go to a good home, so I'm paying with it cheap. Cheap enough, I hope, that if it needs any work, it won't be a huge deal. The cabinet is in very nice shape.
