This 2020 Gibson Custom Murphy Lab '63 Les Paul SG Custom is a pre-production prototype and a rare early run piece from the Murphy Lab. It features Ultra Light Aging for a gently worn-in feel. It’s a sharp example of Gibson’s early ’60s design, with the slim mahogany body, three humbuckers, and long tenon neck joint that made the SG Custom a standout. The aging work is restrained and tasteful, giving it a lived-in look without overdoing it. Ebony fingerboard, block inlays, and gold hardware round it out with the right amount of flash
