A complete set of 3-per-side vintage original Kluson-made "Gibson Deluxe" tuners!

Front Stamp The gear covers feature the words GIBSON and "DELUXE" stamped vertically in two parallel lines (known in the vintage world as "Double-Line" or "Double-Row"). Gibson took over the branding from Kluson's own name on these parts starting in late 1969.
Back Stamp The underside of the base plates are stamped with "PATENT NO." and "D-169400". The deeply stamped, bold lettering and slightly rounded, less-defined edges of the base plate further confirm the late '69 to '74 timeline, resulting from the factory dies wearing down over years of
Tuner Buttons
These feature "Double-Ring" plastic keystone/tulip buttons. The plastic has aged beautifully into a classic creamy amber color without shrinking or crumbling (a common issue with 1950s formulations but stabilized by the late 1960s).
These tuners were factory standard on iconic Gibson models from that golden era, including the Les Paul Deluxe, Les Paul Custom, SG Standard, and ES-335
