Yamaha D5000 Digital Delay - US 120V - Fully Serviced (4 of 4) LAST ONE!!!

This is the last one I am doing. I have sold 3 of these already and this will be the last one as I am done with this project for now. This is a fully serviced Yamaha D5000 Digital Delay with an fully recapped, original 120v US yamaha power supply for sale. If you are looking at this then you know. These are also very hard to find here in the US let alone with a USA 120V/60hz power supply. I found a handful of original Yamaha US version power supply boards and XN162 transformers that were stock on these units. The Japanese ones have a XN161 transformer with a couple extra caps on the power supply board and the UK is XN163 with the caps and different fuse. If you actually look at SOLD listings anywhere they are all actually 100V or 230V even if sold in the US. I actually bought one of these that at first was not specified until the guy changed the listing to a Japanese unit when it fact it when it arrived it was a UK unit with a 230V power supply and thus couldn't even use the step down transformer I already had. After digging into the schematics I was able figure out what was needed. I kept that one, and am selling a few more as I am able to source more PSUs reasonably. I have also gone ahead and recapped the power supply board with Nichicon and Panasonic caps, put in a fresh memory battery, disassembled the input/mix/rotary encoder knobs (every one I got but 1 skipped all over the place before cleaning) and cleaned with Deoxit as well as all the input/output jacks. This was a fun little project and at least know there is a way to bring a D5000 to US specs. Thanks...Matt
