Manufactured in June of 1983 this Denon DP-11F is a fully automatic direct drive turntable system that represents the golden era of Japanese high-fidelity audio engineering. Built to deliver ultra-precise, low-distortion vinyl playback, it features Denon's legendary magnetic-pulse speed detection system and an advanced microprocessor-driven, servo-controlled straight tonearm. Cosmetically, this turntable is in excellent condition appearing to have been properly taken care of over the years and lightly used. Functionally, the unit has been properly tested and operates perfectly. The microprocessor driven automatic start and stop cycles engage smoothly, the electronic tonearm lifter responds promptly, and the Quartz Lock system immediately locks and stabilizes the platter speed at both 33 and 45 RPM. This unit comes with its original factory packaging box, the original heavy die-cast aluminum platter, and the authentic Denon ribbed rubber platter mat.
