The Zoom 1010 is a multi-effects pedal for electric guitar, built around digital signal processing with the notable addition of analog circuitry specifically for its distortion effect, delivering natural-sounding sustain. It offers 25 effect types with up to six simultaneous effects drawn from five dedicated modules - Comp & Wah, Distortion (eight types, two channels), EQ, Chorus/Flanger, and Reverb/Delay - covering Hall and Room reverbs, Mono delay, Doubling, and more. Storage runs to 42 patches in total, split between 30 factory presets and 12 user memory slots. Additional practical features include an integrated chromatic tuner, Zoom's own ZNR noise reduction circuit, and support for an optional external footswitch or expression pedal via dedicated jacks.
