Fender 50th Anniversary MIJ Nashville Telecaster 1996 - Daphne Blue

1996 50th Anniversary MIJ Fender Nashville Telecaster w/Fender airline case in Mint/Like New Condition. This guitar has been tastefully upgraded with state of the art electronics, pickups, and tuners, while still retaining ALL original components and hardware, should you wish to return it to all original. All upgrades were preformed by a 40+ year veteran luthier.

This is a unique guitar, not only for its history but also for its configuration, AND double cutout body (Belly & Arm). Not only is this a 50th Anniversary, Made in Japan, it’s also a Nashville, in a color that’s not common. DAPHNE BLUE.

What is pictured, is included here, if not stated so in this post. Guitar is in Mint, near new condition. There is a hairline scratch on the back neck plate, and I’m certain a few micro scratches in the paint if examined up close in a bright light, and this is a stretch. Absolutely no dings, dents or chips. I’m amazed at its condition given its journey. I never intended to sell this one. My journey has other plans

This is a unique opportunity to own a piece of Fender history at a time when many considered the MIJ models to rival what was coming out of Corona, some even better. This guitar has been almost exclusively in its case during the entire time I’ve owned it.
