For sale is a custom transformer box I made using Triad A-67J transformers from a tape machine made in the 60s. I wired it for 600ohm in and out to best match most interfaces. I used it to pass instruments and whole mixes through for gentle analog saturation. I found it to really solidify the bottom end and sweeten the top end. I found it to really work wonders on a drum bus in mid-side configuration, using DAW utilities on the out and return. Both during mixing, and a few times on the outputs of a mixing console for live gigs. I've also used them in-line on stereo or mid-side ribbon mic recording configurations to great success.
