Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul '59/R9 Reissue 2003 Historic Makeover

Now available on consignment, a 2003 R9/'59 Reissue Gibson Les Paul Standard that has had a makeover by Historic Makeovers.
This 2003 custom shop was sent to Historic Makeovers in Florida to have their standard makeover which includes:
- A fully aged nitrocellulose refinish
- Re-carved maple top
- Restamped serial # in vintage correct font
- Re-carved neck, closer to a '59
As well as listed above, the guitar has a set of aged nickel Grover tuners installed.
Otherwise the guitar retains most of its original parts other than mentioned. The guitar is lightweight at just under 4kg, and very resonant playing with a low easy action.
Cosmetically the guitar has some dings, weather checking, and fade to the finish to emulate a genuine burst. This example has a Madagascar Rosewood fingerboard.
A fantastic playing R9 that will get you about as close as you can get to the real thing.
Includes its original custom shop case, Gibson paperwork, warranty card, and HM certificate.
