This Meinl CAJ1 SNT-M Wood Cajon is a box-shaped percussion instrument designed for hand drumming. You get a wooden body with a striking surface on the front panel. The interior features fixed snare wires that create a buzzing sound when the front panel is struck. The player sits on top of the cajon and strikes the front panel with their hands. The instrument is finished in a natural wood tone.

Play it by striking different areas of the front panel to produce bass tones in the center and sharp snare sounds near the edges.
