The Carver TX-11 is a high-performance vintage AM/FM stereo tuner known for its revolutionary "Asymmetrical Charge Coupled FM Detector" technology, designed by Bob Carver to reduce noise and multipath distortion on weak FM signals. Originally released in the early 1980s, it gained a reputation for making distant or "fringe" stations sound remarkably clear, even in stereo. This unit is in Very Good condition, two of the sixteen preset buttons are 'frozen' but the unit is otherwise great.
