Background / Use
These Martin Audio CDD5TX-WR speakers were installed as part of a short-lived arts installation that was cancelled after a few months. They were used in a controlled environment and have seen very light real‑world duty compared with typical permanent installations. They were not used for nightclub-style, sustained high-SPL music use.

Fully tested before being packed into their custom flight cases.

Condition
Speakers fully tested. All in mint condition.

The cabinets are in excellent condition. The exterior finish is clean with no noticeable scratches, dents, or wear.

About the Model
The Martin Audio CDD5TX-WR is a compact, weatherised passive two‑way loudspeaker with an integrated 70V/100V line transformer, designed for discreet architectural and installed-sound applications. It is well suited to venues such as bars, museums, foyers, concourses, exhibition spaces, and houses of worship, and can also be used in outdoor locations where it is sheltered from direct exposure to the elements. It features an IP54-rated design, 8Ω nominal impedance, user-rotatable coaxial drive unit, and flexible mounting options.
