I designed and supervised construction of this piece when I lived in a tiny apartment. I wanted to have the ability to adjust my rack gear while still standing between the speakers. Only taking up 21 sq. ft. of floor space (7’x3’) it has 54 rack spaces, a keyboard shelf, a roller cart and casters for the largest piece.
It is LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Los Angeles and will take two people to move (although it breaks down into 4 pieces) and is in excellent condition. Only one step down to get it out of the house.
