Description
This Gibson Les Paul Deluxe from 1973 is a brilliant example of a vintage Gibson that’s been sensibly worked on to become a true player’s guitar. It has a suspected refinish, as well as being refretted, and rewired at some point in its life, but importantly it retains its original CTS pots dated to 1973. The serial number is no longer readable, however the pot codes clearly confirm the year. The original pickguard isn't present although the screws have been kept and are in the case.
What really matters here is how it plays and sounds — and it absolutely delivers. It’s resonant, well balanced, and has that unmistakable Deluxe bite and clarity from the mini humbuckers. There are no breaks or structural repairs, and the guitar feels solid and confident in the hands. This is a vintage Les Paul you can actually gig, record, and enjoy without worry.
