LR Baggs Five-O under-saddle pickup with volume control is installed, retails for $170, plus installation. It's a great sounding pickup, and works very well for the Guitalele.
There are some small scratches, finish dings, buckle rash. All pretty minor. I stuck on some fret markers at the 10th and 12th frets, made from mixer tape, these can be easily removed if you like.
If you're looking for a short-scale travel guitar, or a ukulele with more tone options, this is a great instrument. Personally, I recorded a whole album of tunes with this as the primary sound. For its size, it doesn't feel limiting at all.
