Here we have a cool vintage Vibro-Champ Amp model AA764 from 1966! This little Fender tube amp is in good condition overall, a true basement find that has been waiting to be fired back up and put into service. It sports a Fender Special Design 8” speaker, dual inputs, and onboard tremolo. The tube chart is stamped PL, making it a December ’66 amp that most likely left the factory in early 1967. The upper back panel is a Monotone replacement. The power section was modernized with a replaced grounded 3’ power cable. The original ungrounded cable is included. This amp shows dirt down in the tolex, stains on the grill cloth and other light signs of age. It’s in good shape overall though and good functioning order.
