Poor Shape some rips and tears!
If you are in a jam an need something for storage this will do. I used it for a few years till i finally found a nice one (it cost me 125!) Not sure what exact amp model this is for exactly but it could probably fit several models. This fits my bassman but remember the sizes vary a little from 60s, 70s to 80s from many different makers. Match the measurements above and examine the pictures carefully to make sure this is the amp cover for you. Very heavy duty tolex plastic vinyl materials and is well made.
