In great condition with obvious play wear for its age, but no major damage or structural repairs

Binding on the body is solid, had some minor delamination at the waist on one side, that has been repaired

Binding on the fingerboard is solid and intact

Tuners are original and in great shape and working smoothly

No belly swell or bridge lift

Neck angle looks good and reset is not required

Action at 12th fret
