FGW is a division of MIRC, LLC (Musical Instrument Reclamation Company), located in La Vergne, TN.  MIRC is the world’s largest refurbisher of stringed instruments.  We partner with the leading manufacturers in the industry, helping them recondition their distressed instruments. All of our instruments have been inspected, set up, and refurbished by our certified technicians to ensure you are receiving a quality instrument.

Our online Business hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST. Closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping within the continental USA. Items under $20 will have a $9.95 shipping charge. We do not offer international shipping.
We cannot ship to a PO Box. Orders require a physical mailing address to be processed.
All orders over $500 will be shipped with a direct Signature Requirement to ensure it is received. If the signature requirement is refused, the customer will assume responsibility for the package once it reaches the delivery address.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm CST. Shipments are prepared in the order that they are received. We make every effort to expedite orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee ship dates. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information.
