Fully serviced with full recap earlier this year. Custom head shell built by Zilla Cabs and converted from a combo to an amp and cab. Spring tank and Vibrato work perfectly. Comes with a 2 foot switch switcher for the vibrato and reverb. Also has a three prong cable that was affixed to it at some point.
