I got the shells from RL drums. The lugs are Ludwig. 12 and 16 inch Octagons. The 12 will fit in many bass drum pedal bags. I used the 12 on some gigs. Drums have very little use. I did drill for the lugs myself and they may not be perfectly square but they are dang close and could probably be adjusted.
Shipping will be the actual cost. they are a bit heavy. If actual shipping is less than what I ask for...you will be refunded the difference.
