Apart from a few replaced screws and some added sponge beneath the pickups, all parts remain original.

While showing some wear and scuffs typical for its age, this vintage guitar is in overall good condition.
Fret wear is estimated at around 60–70%, and the electronics are clean with no crackling or noise.
The neck is in excellent shape—almost perfectly straight—with plenty of room for adjustment in both directions via the truss rods.

The guitar is set up without shims, with low, comfortable action: approximately 1.2mm at the 1st string (12th fret) and 1.7mm at the 6th string (12th fret).
The action can be raised if desired, but it currently plays exceptionally well.

The single-coil pickup delivers a surprisingly thick tone for a Fender—capable of rivaling a Gibson P-90.
It shines not only with clean tones but also handles distortion beautifully.
Within its rich sound, you still get that unmistakable Fender bite and crisp attack, making it an incredibly fun guitar to play.
