Vintage Ludwig Cymbal Arm, from the 1960s or so. It's in nice shape, minimal cosmetic signs of use and age, not really any chrome pitting or flaking.
The piece where the tilter is attached to the arm has some slight wiggle/play, but it doesn't affect function.
