This reimagined Grand Pacific—updated with a greater body depth than Taylor's original round-shoulder dreadnought design—is a powerhouse acoustic-electric with exceptional low-end power. Solid mahogany back and sides are paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top for a woody, earthy voice with a thick midrange character. Taylor's special soundboard roasting process contributes extra sweetness for a tone that’s even more reminiscent of older, played-in acoustics. Fanned V-Class interior bracing dials up extra volume and sustain while improving intonation along the entire fretboard. A slim, satin-finish Taylor neck boasts patented long-tenon Action Control Neck™ joint, which allows for on-the-fly string height adjustments to suit your playing preferences.
