The AKG BX20E is considered to be the ultimate spring reverb. The sound is big and smooth - more akin to a plate than the guitar reverb tanks we associate with spring reverbs. Full phat vintage analog warmth and goodness!

This one has been in a private studio for the last 15 years and meticulously looked after. It is in great condition with just a few scratches to the walnut veneer, and is fully operational with a solid low noise output on both channels.

There are 2 tanks available, each with slightly different characteristics, which you can either run as stereo, dual mono or cascading mono, selectable by a switch on the front panel.

A remote control with approx 5m cable controls the time on each tank. This is on a standard 5 way xlr cable so can be easily extended or incorporated into a console panel or rack mount unit if desired.

Features -

Balanced XLR inputs and outputs.

Remote Control.

Input Mode switch.

On/Off switch with indicator light.

External 24V DC Input Jack.

Standard IEC power socket.

Collection is advised as these are delicate - it also gives you a chance to try before you buy in a proper studio environment. However, I can arrange shipping if necessary.
