Fully working sampler from 80's. The Roland S-50 is a 61-key 12-bit sampler keyboard produced by the Roland Corporation in 1986. It featured a 3.5-inch DSDD floppy disk drive and had external CRT monitor support to facilitate editing of samples. The S-50 is four-part multitimbral. It even have four outputs for easy mixing.
Roland entered the sampling music market in 1986 with the S-50. The keyboard positioned itself between instruments for pop royalty and low-cost, low-fidelity choices. Roland’s S-50 was a professional sampler at an affordable price.
