You can bother every critter on earth with one of these.
This one is functioning, not fully tested because I'm unfamiliar with all it's settings. They all work and change the sound but I couldn't tell you if it's correct. The pots are surprisingly clear. The oscillator constantly pulses. It's missing screws. It does have it's case, wall wart, and a test cable.
