Up for grabs is a Friedman Cali custom shop guitar made in 2023. In case you're not familiar with the Friedman Guitars brand, they started building guitars by Grover Jackson for amp guru Dave Friedman in 2016 until Grover decided to start his own company, OG Guitars in 2022, since then they are said to be built by Billy Rowe of Rock N Roll Relics in North Hollywood. The feel and quality of these guitars is up there with the classic handmade San Dimas-era Charvel superstrats, the compound radius neck profile is ultra fast, totally shred-bred. The tone is surprisingly beefy with the high output stock humbuckers and the mahogany body, it's got tremendous amount of low-end for a superstrat with floating bridge. The bridge pickup reminds me of the Suhr Aldrich model and the neck pickup is hot but very clean at the same time, both pickups got a very well-pronounced midrange and pick attack. It has some lacquer checkings at the neck pocket, jack plate and the corner of the trem route (this is the only damage must be done by one of the previous owners that's not the usual bolt-on neck superstrat lacquer checking), they are luckily hard to notice and don't affect playability as they are only surface markings, no cracks in the wood, check the pics. The Floyd Rose arm has been upgraded to a push-in style arm, comes with the original arm and socket in case you'd like to restore it to original. Dunlop Dual Design Straplok strap buttons have been added but I have the originals too. Friedman hardshell case included in the price.
