Metronome from the company I.W. Turner, most known for their infamous Sonic Wave Theremin used by Jimmy Page. This unit is not working as-is. Based on my limited research, this circuit would additionally require a speaker to produce the clicking sound. The two #4-40x1/4 screws are unoriginal to the unit.
