The DOD Flanger 670 is a vintage analogue flanger pedal that delivers classic modulation effects with a rich, warm character reminiscent of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Built with a solid, rugged enclosure, it was designed to provide lush, sweeping flanger tones that range from subtle swirling textures to dramatic jet-like whooshes, making it a versatile tool for guitarists and other musicians.

At its core, the Flanger 670 utilises analogue bucket-brigade circuitry, which gives it the distinctive warmth and organic tone often sought after in vintage modulation pedals. The controls are straightforward and effective, featuring knobs for adjusting the speed, depth, width, and regeneration (feedback) of the effect. The Speed control dictates the rate of the modulation sweep, from slow, atmospheric waves to fast, shimmering flanges. The Depth knob determines how pronounced the effect is, while the Regeneration control enhances the resonance and intensity of the flanger, producing everything from subtle modulation to rich, self-oscillating sweeps.

The Flanger 670 excels at delivering a range of classic modulation sounds, from tape-like flanging effects and spacious chorus-like textures to vibrato-like tones when used subtly. Its simple design and reliable performance make it a favourite for those seeking no-nonsense analogue modulation with a vintage feel.

With its warm, musical sound and robust build, the DOD Flanger 670 remains a highly regarded pedal for guitarists who appreciate analogue circuitry's organic character and timeless tones. It is a standout choice for adding depth, movement, and a nostalgic flair to any rig.
