An absolute beast. I had it serviced by a well-respected local amp tech. He repaired the tremolo circuit and, at my request, squeezed a bit more gain out of the pre-amp and modified the tone circuit to reduce what I perceived to be a boomy low end.
Is it 50 watts or 45 watts? Reverb's default category labels it as 50 but I've seen descriptions of it as 45. It probably doesn't matter all that much. It is LOUD, that much I know.
My understanding of the circuit is that it's the Traynor Bass Master (itself based on the Fender Bassman) with reverb and master volume added. But it's also referred to as the "poor man's Plexi" so, there you go. Anyway, by far one of the last affordable hand-wired, turret board vintage amps.
It comes with a custom-sized vinyl cover.
I don't have a shipping box that will fit it - and it's pretty heavy - so I'm trying local pickup only for now.
