This amp is in excellent condition, with the exception of a minor breach in the front mesh, around the size of a dime, and barely noticeable. Beyond 3' away, it's hard to see it. Other than that, it would be mint, and everything works as it should. Comes with the Heartbreaker footswitch (channel change).

I would like to sell this Heartbreaker locally but am willing to ship it if you are willing to pay the entire shipping cost. If you are local, I can deliver it up to 100 miles.

Conceived as the 25th Anniversary Tribute to the original Mesa Boogie Mark I, the Heartbreaker is a two channel/five mode, foot-switchable rendering of that evolutionary milestone.

It has 2 aptly named channels - LOVE and LUST!

LOVE can be switched between three distinct regions of gain - bubbly, chiming clean, and medium gain blues - all the way to the liquid, singing voice of the fabled Mark I's lead channel... superb high gain performance.

LUST provides an enticing blend of harmonically lush sounds across two diverse modes. From the saucy howl of a 4x10 Tweed to a teasing plexi purr - LUST toys with the fine line between clean and dirty with sinful sincerity.

Both channels sport selectable voicing options, as well as individual Reverb and Presence controls.

The entire personality of this amp can be further altered with the Bold/Curvaceous switch. One flick of this powerful master makeover switch toggles between two settings. Bold delivers masculine authority and maximum headroom, while Curvaceous softens the feel and produces rounder tones, making the tonal possibilities endless.

The Heartbreaker's four 6L6s are supplied high-voltage from a dynamic tube rectifier or can be switched to the silicon-diodes for added punch and headroom. The onboard Bias Selector allows substitution of either EL34 or 6V6 output tubes for the shipped quartet of 6L6's capturing a more Euro vibe or, if you prefer, a true low power retro feel. Each selection has its own distinctive feel and forte.

For further power compression, the Tweed switch acts like a built-in Variac. The half power (60/100 watt) switch lets you choose more horsepower or less for more intimate occasions. Two custom Celestion 12's enable the Heartbreaker's wider sonic footprint.
