I recently acquired this vintage 1979/80 Fender Silverface Vibrolux Amp from the son of the original owner. It was in need of some service, a Reverb Tank and Footswitch. I had my new tech do a cap job, power tube bias and remove some mods. The tubes appear to be original but all test good. The amp cleaned up really nice----I buffed out all of the hardware. This Vibrolux Reverb is LOUD!!! Most of my amps are bigger, I usually play my 1966 Super Reverb at 4-4.5, Silverface Twin Reverb at 3.5 to 4 but I get the same volume with this Vibrolux at 2-2.5. This would be a perfect amp for someone who wants to downsize but not lose the potential volume, power, punch of smaller amps like a Deluxe Reverb or Princeton. Cosmetically, it looks great and comes with it's Fender Cover.
Local checkout and pickup are available and highly encouraged here in South Florida.
