MOTU 828 original FireWire audio interface.
This has great connectivity: 8 in and 8 out for analog, SPDIF in and out on coax, ADAT or SPDIF in and out on optical, and clock port for ADAT.
Note that this is fairly old, so likely only compatible with older computers. I've used it with a Mac on 10.8.5 (mountain lion) and 10.6.8 (snow leopard).
Good condition, a few rack marks, and all working.
