Late 50's Ludwig (Transitional Badge) Conga Drum - White Marine Pearl ? Needs New Head

Listing item in poor condition due to it needing a new head. It does have some marks and stains and rust on the metal on it from previous use and its age. I believe this is a late 50's early 60's due to it having the transitional badge on it. The metal braces inside do move around, So I think it is missing something but I am not sure what it is.
