Sterling's custom Darkglass 2-band active preamp offers three distinct distortion circuits: Clean (Preamp-only), Alpha (Distortion), and Omega (Fuzz), all without the hassle of plugging into a pedalboard. Enjoy total tonal control via volume, treble, and bass adjustments, along with onboard gain and blend knobs for customized distortion. The eye-catching LED ring and 3-way selector indicate which circuit the bass is in. And to round out the innovative DarkRay design, Sterling has added a roasted maple neck and ebony fingerboard, paired with the iconic StingRay contoured body shape.
