The Ibanez AEGB30ENTG has an under-saddle pickup that runs into Ibanez’s AEQ-2T preamp. This preamp has a volume knob with bass and treble controls for crafting the perfect plugged-in sound. The simple controls make it easy to dial in the perfect tone. Bassists have found that changing batteries is a breeze, too. Simply drop your 9-volt battery into the control plate on the upper bout, and you’re ready to go.
