I have owned this guitar maybe 2 months, played it twice for a total of 20 minutes at most. Can’t be any closer to new, mint condition. I’m just a dreadnaught guy and gave a smaller body a try and it’s just not for me. Never registered; so you could do that and still have the warranty.
Larrivee OM-40R, an American-made masterpiece that is sure to sound spectacular in any musical arrangement. This acoustic guitar is built from all-solid FSC-certified tonewoods: a Sitka spruce top, rosewood back and sides, a 1-piece mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard. Just one strum is enough to understand the capabilities of the OM-40R. The tone is warm, inviting, and utterly devoid of the low-midrange mud that can plague rosewood-backed acoustics. Larrivee’s goal is to provide “affordable luxury,” and the OM-40R more than lives up to that expectation.
