Stunning Tonewoods for Sound and Style
The Sitka spruce top blends stiffness and elasticity in just the right proportions, translating into a broad dynamic range with crisp articulation. Combined with Tasmanian blackwood, it produces a tone with a lot of volume, midrange, and focus. It's dry and clear, yet with warm, much like the sound of mahogany and koa.
