if you are doing Local Pick Up, I am located in North Hollywood, CA. And the beauty of this house and where the piano is you can move it with ZERO steps! You heard me right! With a standard small U-Haul this piano can be moved from house to truck without having to go down any steps!

It's a beautiful upright I have taken very good care of it. And piano typically only go up in value so on top of a greta instrument its a great investment!
Unfortunately for me I am moving all the way across the country into an apartment for the next 2-3 years. So I am trying to get this to a good home.
