Here for sale we have an Art & Lutherie Roadhouse acoustic guitar in Bourbon Burst finish. Built in Canada in 2004 this guitar features a solid Cedar top, Canadian Wild Cherry back and sides, a 19 fret Silver Leaf Maple neck, a Rosewood fingerboard and bridge, along with 16:1 open gear tuners.

The Roadhouse plays very well, its parlour body style delivering exceptional string to string balance and well defined articulation, whether fingerpicking gently or strumming open chords.

It has a focused, bluesy tone, with a tight midrange and a clear top end, packed with vintage vibe, all without breaking the bank. The Fishman A/E pickup system captures the natural sound of the instrument and converts it into a clean and clear amplified signal.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Shows light scratch markings and denting to the edges.

Neck: Shows minor denting to the rear and some light markings on the fretboard.

Body: Presents various instances of denting and scratches (mainly to the front); shows a few chipped markings (a noticeable one to the front, and a streak of the along the bottom rear side); the area around the neck heel presents noticeable marking.

Condition of Frets:

Some frets present minor oxidation to the sides and there are light signs of indentation, not affecting playability.
