Here I have an Epiphone Masterbilt Acoustic-Electric Guitar AJ-500 ME
I buy, repair and resell musical instruments. I generally receive shipping damaged guitars from the factory or a distributor. I also receive store returns or open box items.
This guitar is a local find. I have inspected the guitar and I did find a crack on the top that you can see in the photo. The crack it located on the X of two braces so a cleat was not needed. I forced hyde glue into the crack. Nothing ever moved but the glue will help. There are scuffs on the top of the headstock and the battery cover is a bit large. The guitar is set up to my liking, maybe even a little bit lower. The guitar plays wonderfully and sounds great. Both the under saddle and the end of fretboard pickups function as intended. This is an older guitar and I do see the pick guard shrinking a tad. This is a worthy guitar!
I ship only to the Lower 48 States
The stand is there only for the photos and there is no case.
Please ask your questions now as I reply in detail and quickly. Please read carefully and examine the photos with attention to detail.
Warranty: There is no manufacturer’s warranty with these guitars. However, you have Doc’s warranty. If you damage your guitar in any way contact me, ship it to me and I will repair your guitar and return it to you at my expense. This applies to the repair and anything else on this guitar. As long as you own one of my guitars I am your Guitar Tech. Fair enough?
