We will supply a video of the functionality of the item before shipping it. 
Oxidation might build up in pots and controls, this is normal for vintage gear and will go away with use and a good spray. 
No returns or refunds unless proven by buyer to have sustained damage during shipping.
The buyer will need to supply ample documentation of damage with videos and photos and is responsible of making a claim immediately at delivery, with the delivery man, if the box has outer signs of wear or damage - failure to do so will make any reimbursement impossible. 
Damage occurance during shipping will be reimbursed by the shipping company, not us.

This is our CRB Computer Band 2000 from the studio, featured in videos on the V.A.I. YouTube channel.

Completely refurbished inside and out about a year ago - this unit sounds really amazing.

Warm analog bass and chord sounds and great arpeggiator patterns, please check out the video of this very machine for sale.

The upper front panel has been repainted - you can see there’s a slight halo around the original logo print. 

The area around the Arpeggiator section and the tempo slider has some text missing and a few scratches but overall condition is still very good. 

The chord and arpeggiator sections are routed to the bass section, which might or might not be on purpose, which doesn’t at all impede on usage since each bass sound has an individual on/off button.
