2017 made in Mexico (MIM) candy apple red Stratocaster. Plays and feels great. Truss rod, tone knobs, tuners, volume, and pickup adjustments all work. White pick guard, knobs, and pickup covers.
There is some slight relic-ing from the original owner (I believe I am the second owner of this guitar). Does not effect playability whatsoever. I will put new strings on and adjust intonation before shipping.
Great guitar, sounds great I have gig’ed it a few times. I’m sad to see it go but it’s time for me to upgrade. Would be great for an intermediate player and above. I also have a hard case for it if you’d like to negotiate that as well.
The Fender Standard Stratocaster (made in Mexico) just might be the most popular guitar under $500. And for good reason. Build quality, tone and playability are so good with the Mexican Strat it requires a true connoisseur to tell it apart from its American brother. This model is also a favorite for modding, often by swapping out pickups and pots. Compare new and used Fender Standard Stratocasters here on Reverb.
