Fender's nod to Stevie Ray Vaughn, this 1962 Reissue Deluxe Gold Stratocaster with Slab Rosewood board, and an Alder body.  The 3-tone Sunburst with gold hardware and the classic color combo that Stevie Ray Vaughn made famous. Fender realized the popularity of SRV even long after his death and they were making these models for the Japanese Domestic market until well into the 90's. This one is from 93-94 and features an Alder body, 5 way switch, US Vintage Alnico Staggered pole pickups in the middle and bridge, and a Van Zandt Cutom pickup in the neck position.  Action is set at 4/64", intonation is set, new strings, and it's ready to rock. A lot of natural Relicing on this piece. Please examine pictures as they are a part of the description. Comes with a gig bag, whammy bar is not original, gold strap lock type strap buttons added-see last photo.
