Among vintage turntables, perhaps none is as iconic as the Transcriptors Skeleton. Had you been unfamiliar, you may not know you're looking at a 50 year old table. This is a particularly clean example, and still includes the original Vestigial tonearm. We've completely rewired the arm, and fully calibrated the entire system. This Skeleton is looking forward to the next 50 years, and we're including an extra stylus for the ride.

LINER NOTES

Designed by David Gammon in Carlow, Ireland.

The Transcriptors Skeleton employs a low speed synchronous motor on a sprung-suspension motor board.

The Skeleton's platter is driven by a rubber belt providing the best insulation against vibration and rumble.

In order to eliminate any mechanical or electrical shock to the equipment, the on-off switching is accomplished by means of a magnetically actuated reed switch which assures long, trouble-free life.
