Japanese 9x13 Tom Drum Shell Vintage 1970's

Uncertain of brand. From the 1970's this is a Japanese made 9 (deep) x 13 tom shell. Has a dark reddish/brownish paint. Original finish was blue sparkle which can be seen under the paint in spots. This is missing hoops, tension rods, and heads, but does have all of its lugs and mount. Shows signs of use with heavy scratches, scuffs, and gouges in the paint. Hardware has some pitting and rust. Tom mount is clip style and works great. Interior and bearing edges are pretty rough. There is many deep gouges and large areas of peeling. Looks to also be a little out of round. Could be a usable drum, but not sure how well it would tune up. See the pictures for more details!
